Black Harbour brings Rebecca Jenkins back to Nova Scotia, a place where she spent much of her youth. It's a history she shares with Katherine Hubbard, and the 1989 Genie award-winning actress (for Bye Bye Blues) believes that this kind of "return to roots" can be a life-changing experience--for the right kwind of person. "In Katherine's case, it's like opening Pandora's Box," she says. "The woman thinks she's got her life together, but the 'homecoming' proves she's got a lot to learn about herself."
