Rescue Me
In the wake of his father’s death, an unsympathetic Tommy Gavin is back at 62 Truck to await the hearing that will determine his future as a firefighter. Mike, Garrity and Franco buy a bar, while Chief Feinberg announces that he has agreed to let a French journalist visit the firehouse to research a book she’s writing on the tenth anniversary of 9/11. The presence of the journalist stirs up strong emotions causing Tommy to reveal his feelings about 9/11 and Franco to voice his controversial belief in a conspiracy theory. This season includes a four episode story arch with special guest star Michael J. Fox.
