Glee
From Ryan Murphy (Nip/Tuck) comes Glee, a musical comedy that follows an optimistic high school teacher’s quest to transform the McKinley High School's Glee Club from a motley crew to its former glory and land them a spot in the national competition. With a bill stacked with misfits like nerdy soprano Kurt (Chris Colfer), demanding diva Mercedes (Amber Riley), geeky guitarist Arty (Kevin McHale), and Tina (Jenna Ushowitz) who has a stutter, this is a tall order. Luckily, for Will, his cast also features a few diamonds in the rough: perfectionist Rachel (Lea Michele) and quarterback Finn (Cory Monteith). Glee will explore the challenges of high school, interspersed with high-energy performances of hit songs from past and present.
