(Toronto, ON - April 23, 2009) You are invited to participate in a teleconference call to review CW Media Holdings Inc’s second quarter and first six months financial results for the 2009 fiscal year.
CW Media Holdings Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer, Michael French will be joined by CW Media Holdings Inc.’s President, Peter Viner. Formal remarks will be followed by a question and answer session.
In order to participate in this call, you must be at least one of the following and have made a declaration that has been approved:
a) a holder of CW Media Holdings Inc.’s 13.5% Senior Notes due 2015 (the “Notes”);
b) a prospective investor in the Notes;
c) a security analyst analyzing investments in the Notes; or
d) a market maker in the Notes.
Media and parties who have not made a declaration confirming they fall under the categories above may participate in a listen-only mode.
